Advanced Competitive Program

CarletonCutting Edge Fencing offers advanced competitive fencing training according to the schedule outlined below. The main difference between the Basic & Advanced Competitive programs is that the Advanced program includes access to scheduled weekly individual lessons, usually outside of normal practice times. Advanced competitive members may also be invited to attend RMC varsity practices.

Epee

Mondays: 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Wednesdays: 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Thursdays: 7:00 – 8:30 pm


Sabre

Mondays: 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Wednesdays: 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Thursdays: 7:00 – 8:30 pm


Session 1: 9 Sep – 12 Dec (No practice 14 Oct and 11 Nov)

(Please note that Wednesday practices will not begin until 2 Oct)

Session 2: 6 Jan –  provincial or national (May) championships, whichever is scheduled last (No practice 17-21 Feb, 16-20 Mar and 13 Apr)

Cost per session: $400 + HST

IMG_6422Note: All participants are required to purchase a national competitive membership prior to participating in any Cutting Edge Fencing program. These memberships will be available starting September 1, 2019.

What do I get for my money?
